What we are looking for:
  • A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Previous experience in marketing, preferably in home health care
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, flexibility, assertiveness, and team orientation
  • Demonstrate creativity in developing referral relationships
What you will be doing:
  • Work full-time Monday through Friday, occasional evening and weekends for marketing events
  • Manage marketing operations         
  • Establish and implement marketing initiatives
  • Participate with the management team in strategic planning activities
  • Work collaboratively with clinical staff to assure consistent message to the customers and the community

Salary:
  • $50,000 to 80,000, dependent on experience. 
  • Referral bonus structure
Compensation: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
