- Graduate with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy Assistant from a physical therapist curriculum approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education, American Physical Therapy Association, or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, or the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association and American Physical Therapy Association.
- Currently licensed in the state in which practicing
- One (1) year experience preferred in a home health setting
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
- Weekends as needed
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)
- $25-35/hr
- Up to 20 hours a week
